| I remember this being an issue quite awhile ago. Didn't make much sense to me then - even less now. Folks don't have to "meet" to meet........ it's what Alexender Graham Bell was famous for. Honestly - if folks want to swing a vote behind the back of a board - they won't do it in person. This rule says that if you have the same interests you can't socialize at the same christmas party. Stupid rule. But the law is the law........ course we got laws that say you can't ride a horse thru a saloon either....... still on the books.
