| There are many different unions, I can't vouch for them all. My union might make a suggestion, but when you go in the general election booth, you vote for who you want. The union isn't making the selection, I am.
The point I was making was that just because you belong to a union doesn't mean you automatically get to vote in general elections.
By the way lurker...I kinda recognize your new avatar from old cartoons I used to watch, but I can't remember the name of that dog. I want to say he was very smart, maybe a professor? I think he used to be on with Rocky and Bullwinkle, clue me in and tell me his name.
