OK I've come to the conclusion the traffic light at 6th & Soule hates me. 5:45am and I'm the only one for miles headed north on 6th and it waits until I'm 100 feet away and turns yellow. Now I always thought it only changes, out of time, IF another vehicle approaches from the other direction.
Apparently it hates me. I can hear it giggling as I approach
