Much like taxes:
- If you let me take it, it's mine.
- If you don't see me take it, then it's mine.
- It doesn't cost you to give it to me, so it's mine.
- You have more than I do, so some of it's mine.
If you want to keep it for yourself, then here's a tax for your consumption.
If you're stupid enough to pay any of those taxes, then here's another tax for being stupid.
