| The monitoring is nationwide. This is really nothing too new - the media has just jumped on it this year. Most probation officers I think have pretty much been aware that this night is a "kids" night and that it is also a night that might put their parolees in a comprimising situation. In Houston they are doing drive bys and any violation will be a "free trip" on the "chain". Funny how the media can take an old idea and revive it. I think most molestations are done by "family" and they don't need a holiday for access.
