| Pay no attention to my often bias opinion. I tend to take issue with any small or large business that puts the all mighty $ above good old fashion Dodge City hospitality.
It seems that ALMOST every where you go now days communication is a problem. Well I suppose it's not such a problem for those who speak Spanish, and I realize they do now make up the majority of patrons, but, I get sick and tired of getting the wrong order simply because my business means less.
Put as many non intelligible English speaking employees in the back you want, but for the love of God use a little common sense when you choose an employee that needs to talk with the public. It just looks really bad not only to local people but visitors as well.
Plus I hold A&W to a higher standard than most other fast food drive In's. My mom managed the old A&W on Earp for many years. I know what a papa burger is supposed to taste like.
