| Hey I understand that they are dangerous, however addiction is a disease and should be treated as one. Manufacturing meth and selling it is a progression of the addiction. Now if they get busted and keep doing it time and time again, YA! put their asses on that damn list, however if it is a first time offender I don't think it is appropriate. I think first they should get a chance to get their lives back on track. Maybe the judge should give them an ultimatum, either we put your name on the list or spend 6 months in inpatient addiction treatment?? hmmmmm. Hey that sounds like a great Idea!! I think I will write the legislators that idea.
