Sorry about the long winded rant. To simplify things....I believe in holding people accountable for their actions.....my perception is that you don't believe in holding them accountable....you would rather counsel them, rehab them and send them back out to make more meth...(statistics show that is what happens)  Can you show me otherwise? How successful is drug rehab?
