This morning's surfing intrigued me when I compared the two different vBulletin boards. Nearly identical but with very different load timing... and I imagined that my ram was overwhelmed....
Usual procedure is to close IE often to let it dump... and then reopen.
I did make one change for this session:
System Properties>Advanced>Performance Options..... I switched "Application response" "Optimize performance for:" and I checked "Applications" instead of "Background services".... I haven't noticed much change... yet.
