| By the looks of it, someone may have ran a red light from the North or the East, as the NorthEast corner is a blind corner. If I had to guess, I'd say the black PU traveled west and clipped the back corner of the van as it was heading north causing it to vear to the right and flip. Which one blew the light, is hard to tell.
I'm just speculating here...
