| That would be horrible if true - but then again - families often decide to keep the issue under the roof so to speak. If the mom didn't believe or pursue or if CPS turned a blind eye then there is plenty of missed opportunities to go around. I find it hard to believe there were alligations and the mom didn't know. Just a sad sad story. The hardest thing to cure (I personally don't think you can without chemical castration) is child molestors....... they just oota shoot em.
