| It took years for this to develop and putting a cork in it would be very costly to lots of very fine folks.
If instant enforcement were to happen, the packers would adjust to the market and most of the cattle producers would crash along with the farmers producing the cattle feed. Don't forget about the numerous supporting businesses......
