| Well my house hasn't gone up 56% in value since the 90's.......... it's the taxes...... course actually the taxes aren't really all that bad - ya otta see our taxes down here - course we got lots to show for it. Somethin tells me if taxes were higher - only certain folks' profit and income would go up - I don't think they have been really responsible in using tax money to this point. I'm happy they aren't takin as much as they probably would like to have.
