| Man Donnie G's ought to be on a venue licence since they are not open all the time. You don't need a membership with a venue license. You have to sell 30% food to be a non members establishment. I know it doesn't sound like alot but 30% is alot believe me. Peppercorns, Bad Shittbits, and Montana Mikes, ect... are examples of a place that sells alcohol that you do not need a membership. This is that law you all voted for many moons ago called ...Liquor by the drink! Remember that one!! You are almost one of the only county's in the state of Kansas that has that law and keep all ABC officers employed. hahaha! that sucks about the Dodge House being fined. I bet Elaine was pissed! Sometimes the ABC can be real *******s. When I was in the bar business my mom received a ticket for manager on duty drinking, yes she drinking, but she was not on duty. My brothers club received a ticket long ago for intoxicated customers out of control. They were booing the ABC coming in LOL!
anyways that sounds like a good idea about the Dodge Board membership.
