Since Mike Nelson asked for a public official to be booted, so can I. I'm asking for Mike Nelson to resign as city commissioner, or to be booted, for violating the rules of conduct as a city commissioner. Not to long ago (I believe) Mike voted that city commissioners should not be allowed to discuss up coming city commission meeting issues with other commissioners before a city meeting.

Recently, The City of Dodge held a meeting concerning a "Code of Ethics", not just for city commissioner but for all public held positions. Just before that meeting began, Mike Nelson solicted another commissioner to vote to remove Terry Lee as Mayor. (because of his bankruptcy issue.)

When Mike made his motion to remove Lee from office someone objected strongly enough to make a difference and made known Mike Nelson's obvisious (sp) political agenda. Needless to say, Mike withdrew his motion and Jim withdrew his second.

Shame on Mike and Jim for doing this!!
