In actuality regardless of language they were not allowed to ride the bus. The school admitted the mistake and it's not the big deal the headline, nor you, made it out to be. The district also discovered the Armstrongs no longer live in the Phalen Lake School boundary because they moved last year. the school district still should have taken them home. those buses are paid for by whom. question now is was the parents notified of this at the begging or sometime before this happen, I know they moved since last year. so it should have be caught when the kids were signed up to ride.
