We had no uniforms either nor did we go to school half naked...that distracts the rest of students ....like it or not......If you chose to not follow the rules and regs..... you could receive swats, you were kept in line because you could and would be humiliated.... plus the fact that when your parents were notified there was hell to pay ....and that eliminated alot of the problems....
I'm for uniforms..... there again....military background....
