| Ken's probably still alive and living it up in some tropical paradise that has no extradition. He was rich enough and had friends in Colorado that could have doctored a death certificate up for him. I'll believe he's really dead when I see the autopsy photos/video complete with the "Y" incision all spread open, and his brain out of his head sitting on the scale.
