| OK we got an official answer on eating food on duty, but I still haven't seen an official answer on passing. If you can't I got a few questions.
1. Why the yellow dotted center line which generally means passing IS allowed.
2. At what speed does it become impeding the flow of traffic or a traffic offense for driving too slow.
Now I'm not surprised to find myself on the street with total jerks, after all we live in a country proud of the fact it's our constitutional right to be a jerk, but I was surprised to see one of Dodge City's finest being a out right jerk.
