Actually it was at 6:30am. I saw one other car the whole time from Ross to Ash. At first when we turned on 6th from Ross I thought oh well it's just until the bypass then I thought oh well surely they'll speed up on 6th. They turned on their blinker as to turn on 14th, but turned it off again and continued down 6th to Ash. As I said I'm sure they'll have a reason. Personally myself I would have pulled over to let traffic go by, but I'm that kind of person.

As I said I don't want to focus on them driving slow, hell it's our constitutional right to be jerks to each other, I'm just curious if it's legal to pass. It seemed obvious they wanted me to pass I just need to know if I can do it legally.
