Actually Dutch.....the speed limits in town are 30 mph unless otherwise posted. The city attorney and I have had this discussion because I also thought that at first. He informed me that Dodge does not have any areas that are commercially zoned for speed and therefore all speed limits are 30 unless otherwise posted. just fyi.
