| Well see - I look at a flood like NO................ south dodge for the most part is the low rent area.............. Houses are older and usually do go for less $$ - to buy or rent. Just my opinion.
When the houses are gone overnight......... attrition won't be what sells the houses............. frantic house hunting for meat packers will. You and I just see this different -
