Ya know tho - you would be hard pressed to not find the same China made products at the PX.............. PX's aren't US made either.......... so tell me oh wise one........... where do you shop in Dodge?????? And where do you shop that ONLY carries US made products at an affordable price?
I'm not made of money but like I said gasoline is pretty much the same price - so my choice IS affordable and yes I do think it helps the country NOT to endorse Chavez outright! |
I never said I carried that banner of "boycott"...lol. I'll leave that to you activists... PX carries chinese products...hell, the giveouts we get, mousepads, pens etc, all made in China. I didn't say I boycotted anything. (except maybe Montanna Mike's..lol) I buy stuff at Walmart and everywhere else. We have come full circle though because originally I mentioned globalization helped the consumer and you admit that stuff in the U.S. is reletively unaffordable....compared to that overseas...and the stuff that is affordable is 2nd rate.. IE most American Cars...I try to buy the best item for the best price despite where it is made because the bottom line is...like HWY said you can't hide from it...one way or another your money is going to go somewhere you don't like.
