| I think I was right - you are allowed to pass in that area, so long as you can do so without coming within 100 feet of an intersection and do not break the speed limit. Now, is that possible? I dunno...maybe I will try it some night at 3am with another officer and see if it can be done! I am betting no...but seeing that a block is longer than 100 feet, there is some room that the pass could be done. |
