| I don't think the army or any military knowingly takes a gang member. I also don't think they go out lookin for gang members so they can meet the ACLU gang quota...... Lots of soldiers have issues that go undetected for years.......... they don't show up on tests...........
Look at BTK, Ted Bundy, etc................. it's life............ but the Military code of justice would be a welcome guideline to go by if you ask my opinion.........
