I thought there was a 20 million cap on this thing, and was't it in the paper this "thing" was going north of wright park, like where the moving company is?just sounds like the good ole boys are still at it at the CofC, a profit, when was the last time the city did anything that made a profit, wasn't we told not too long ago, when there was alot of fighting going on at C/C meetings that the city don't built things to make a profit, LOL,
