Developing, construction, equipping and programming costs: Approximately $41 million, which does not include the cost of a hotel. Operating costs: About $4.25 million over five years. In addition, the group has proposed mounting an $8 million Broadway-style Wild West show in the arena and financing the show with a combination of public dollars and private funding. The cost of mounting the show is included in the estimated $41 million for developing, equipping and programming.
