| I don't know the laws in Kansas - I doubt if ya'll have that tho..... yes in Texas if your property is posted you can shoot.... We have ours so lit up you can read the signs from the road - It's one of those wierd Texs things but ya gotta hve a permit or they will get ya for dischargin a firearm in the city limits without a permit. Now ya can't coax your enemies over just to shoot em but if I was home, AT NIGHT, I don't have to wait till they are in my house to fear for my life. Our yard is posted and fenced........ I didn't keep my permit up so I know I would face an ivestigation just like any other homicide but the law is on my side due to the posting, fence, and such....... Texas has some really wierd laws........... but then that's why we are who we are.
If it was shown to be premeditated.......... it's murder - plain and simple - no sign will get ya outta that - I don't think.
