| Our SEC covers about 2 - 4 square city blocks - that's just the building.......... The parking is extra - your SEC won't be just for Ford County..... ya gotta think bigger if ya wanna draw the crowd........... Texs City is maybe a little larger than Dodge.......... Galveston's is huge!! I think it's about 4 stories............ the parking is below the building there - if you aren't gonna have the land then ya'll gonna need to build up so you can handel the parking. Gotta have both. I would bet the companies biddin are perhaps companies that build these things all the time? I would hope they give your bank rollers the info they need.
We actuall have several SEC's in our county.. the really big ones are in Texas City and Galveston - but theyare all nice.
