| I think a West World theme would do well in dodge. You've got to remember we have one thing no other theme park has, and that is real history to back it up. A Wild West theme could do wonders for Dodge City's shattered reputation.
Some people may not care much for what some of our local ranchers are doing but they are at least trying. Thats more than most businesses around here. And though you may not care for the food you also got to remember food in the old west wasn't much for taste either.
Our family went to one of those ranch feeds in Colorado. We waited almost a month on a list before we could go. We road horses, watched cowboys do rope trick, shoe horses, churn butter and had a trail ride. The food was terrible both at the ranch and on the trail. The tourists loved it.
One thing I will say is I love the outfits of them guys. I see them around town and they still dress the part. I love it.
