Especially since most of the people that live in Dodge are hispanic who probably work at one of the beef plants, and are what my husband would call 'hardcore' mexicans, which I agree. Don't think they'd like to go 'watch cowboys do rope trick, shoe horses, churn butter or a trail ride...'
True, but isn't the Why Not Dodge project meant to appeal to people not from dodge? well, other than the race track that is You might be surprised just how appealing returning to the west is to may tourists. Especially those from over seas.

Now I completely agree 100% on the casino. After all, whats a good western experience without gambling? The gambling would be a plus for the local population. Um... besides the race track.
