| Regulated because no one should ever not have the basic healthcare they need - no matter how they got ill. It should never be the have's and have nots when it comes to healthcare!
It doesn't matter that they do it to themselves(get sick) - they are humans and deserve health care if they can seek it. It needs to be available - period
