| I can tell ya that from my experience, I would much rather err on the side of caution in something like this, especially then the person is complaining about something life threatening. The first time someone complains about a medical problem when I have them on a traffic stop or during an investigation, I immediately ask them if they would like me to call them an ambulance. Sure, I have basic first aid training and CPR, but I cant do much when it comes to something like this woman had going on. |
