KC - I certainly will email them - thanks so much! We have even suggested a reverse mortage on her home - at this point seems her kids don't want it (or her for long periods) and personally she deserves better. She should enjoy the time and money she has in the house - rather than to sulk over her "do nothing" kids. I appreciate your heart felt offer - but we need to work "in the system" so we know where to go and how to help her with those things we can't seem to get there to do it for her. I wish she would come south for awhile but ya can't blow her out of her house - it's all she has left. Sad but true. We all have part in what happens to us and granted the kids may feel justified - but in the end - it's STILL your mom. Someday karma will show up.........I'll keep ya posted on the progress and holler at ya if me and my "kick ass" DIL and daughter fly up there to do it ourselves...... we have been known to "ride herd" when needed.
