I wrote that tongue in cheek because the reality of it is that would never happen because the AMERICAN? Civil Liberties Union would be all over the City and County for being cruel to the illegals and the criminals and wouldn't want that.
I would think that the money saved housing a criminal in a tent with shackles around their legs inside some concetina wife out in the middle of no where as opposed to keeping them up in some new/fancy jail with cable tv and air conditioning would offset costs of the additional guards. Which in reality would be more jobs for people in the area...hehehe.
