The Holcomb coal fired electric plant will pump and evaporate 8,000,000,000 (billion) gallons per year from our aquifer (so Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico can have electricity).

How much money would that be? Hint: it's more than enough to fund Kansas with all of our gummmmmmmit waste.
