Well I guess I found out who the driver was of that police car I complained about a few weeks ago driving so slow. I just got pulled over and sited for not having my headlights on. 90% of the other vehicles passing by didn't have their lights on. She had a smiley smirk on her face and it was a women officer driving the the slow car I complained about.

My lights were on auto as always. They should come on automatically whenever conditions warrant them being on. I guess paybacks a bitch.
