| Not even a half hour ago I was driving south on 14th. in the outside lane wanting to move to the inside lane and had to very carefully peer through the rain drops on my window and mirror to see if anyone was slightly behind me in that lane. Yup, two vehicles were attempting to pass. It would have been much easier to see them if their lights were on.
Writing tickets for no headlights ......? Just follow the money and you'll see why you got one,,,, err: 2 tickets.
