I worked at Kohl's at night after the last divorce several years ago. We were told never to let more than 3 people stand in line or we were to call all available cashiers to the front. You shoulda seen the employees hide that work in the back! It's the customer service thing that irritates me at Wally's. They don't care that you're spending money in their store - they're content to take anybody's money. I'd prefer to buy at a store where I'm appreciated as a customer. Unless I'm going to save big bucks - like $20 on one item, I just won't shop there (Wally's).
