| Wordsmythe you sound like you believe someone is forcing you and others to except their beliefs. I set "rules" for my family but I sure don't expect others to follow, and others don't expect me to follow theirs. Now I can choose to judge others by the rules they choose to except or not, but thats just human nature and we are all guilty, religious or not, of it.
If I choose to believe there is a God what business is it of yours? I can suggest you teach your kids to not play in the street but ultimately it's your decision. No one is forcing you to make a decision but yourself.
It's almost as you have a phobia of religion. Does the idea that people choose to believe there is something bigger than living and dieing? Does it bother you so much that some people choose to believe in a God you can't see, hear or prove even exists?
