| It didn't get the paint job back, not after the American Legion Sandblasted it off. My understanding is that Stann Herd did that painting for 50 bucks and free beer and food, it was one of his first art works in Kansas. that place was all around historical monument..for one it was an old barracks, the beer can, and Stan Herd to name a few. Too bad so sad to see it go.
