| Perhaps - but even a first offender which I'm guessing he was would have been able to plea out............... so how special is his treatment? His career is in ruins, he probably won't be an officer ever anywhere except out of state - if you had done the same would you have lost your career? Probably not. I agree some folks don't need to be officers - he may be one of them - I don't know but I think when your livlihood is taken away from you - that's beyond the judicial scope............ just my opinion. It happens everyday - It is just my opinion.
