| I heard it on the radios Emergency Broadcast System message. I did hear Finny county was in the warning but did hear what all counties. I told you the 2007 flood was coming.
I could tell something was different than normal. Normally while detecting in the winter I can get down about 3-4" and get past the frozen moisture. I've dug down as deep as 10" and still hit solid ice. The ground is unusually saturated more than I've seen it in the past.
So now. Hows your flood insurance?
