Well I would think the news this morning should put this rumor to bed. But probably not because the anti-war propaganda must go on
On the new this morning: Britten is increasing it's soldiers in Afghanistan. So it seems the reduction was because things, at that location, have gotten better and not the British giving up as most media would have us believe.
