Do you really think so???.....Cuz Hays has banked their economy on higher education and I don't see any gang problem there.......
Great Bend has banked their economy on oil and I don't see any gang problem there.........
Garden City hasn't banked their entire economy on beef/pork packing and you don't hear of any gang problem there.........
You don't think those towns have a drug business????
