| I have not read the Globe article but it was mentioned in this forum that the judge said there was not enough evidence for attempted murder. What charges are remaining then? If these men were from a gang that did a driveby and now off the hook for att. murder, then that only leaves room for lesser charges. Ultimately they would spend little time in the slam, do some time on corrections, then back with the homies laughing it up at our legal system as they spread bullets around our city. |
