| Yeah they all wanna surrender in the end.....AFTER they have broken the law, endangered countless of citizens, and put our officers - the only buffer between us and them at risk.......for what......so they can plea bargin out on a technicality..............heck sometimes I just think they outta aim at the car and forget the tire spikes and such..........course I know that is only a thought of frustration....but this kinda stuff just burns me up -
