I need your help! Last week I bought tickets (on-line) for the Cardinals at Kansas City baseball game. I chose to print my tickets at home but everytime I click on the icon to print a small screen appears with a big red X.

As I'm not a computer wizard, does anyone know what I'm talking about? And how do I fix it?
