That all depends on where you live now - granted you may not feel it has a small town feel but compare it to Boston, Houston, Dallas, Austin, Kansas City, Topeka, or any other metropolis............... yep Dodge still has a small town feel. It's getting somewhere in 5 min or less, it's not having folks sitting on every coner with a sign, it's knowing who your nieghbors are. I haven't lived there in 5 years but I still know who my nieghbors are - they are still there. I have had 4 sets of nieghbors here and now the apts next door are boarded up - crackheads got moved out.

Point is Dodge would be forever changed. Ya get more folks - ya get different sets of problems. Perhaps gambling would be for the best - who knows?
