The law was left bleeding in this case. Points of law that were brought up by the Wright resident's attorney, Jack Shultz, were never addressed. I guess that is what happens when you write the decision before the trial. I for one would still like to know how a Zoning Administrator gets away with backdating legal documents. Still sounds like the lowest of the low.
The town of Wright might have had a chance to grow, but you can be sure that they will not be growing to the east now. Maybe north someday.
