| I'm sure dispatch would know what he was doin out there - my guess is he was doin his job. There's lots of times I don't look so busy - but I'm still doin my job.
Course we all know I am biased - I don't deny it......... I'm just thinkin it's far better to see officers than never see them no matter what they are doin - sometimes it's just a "presence".
